Photographic Coverage

  1. Speckled Rock Photography take every step possible to ensure the quality of our work, we cannot however guarantee the following:
    1. Any unforeseen camera or flash failure.
  2. Speckled Rock Photography does not accept any responsibility for any circumstances outside of our control such as the weather, events running over time, physical changes to the location(s) caused by a third party that effect the look, that may effect the cost or quality of the final job.
  3. Speckled Rock Photography will not take instruction on what to photograph/print etc... from any other party other than the primary contacts.


Privacy/Confidentiality/Copyright

  1. Speckled Rock Photography collects information for the sole purpose of communicating to you. Your information will be kept secure and will not be sold or sent to any other organisation or individual.
  2. All project information is confidential. Speckled Rock Photography will not show any information about your project to any other organisation or individual except the finished product, which we reserve the right to include in our portfolio and/or Website.
  3. Speckled Rock Photography reserves the right to copyright media created by Speckled Rock Photography.
  4. No photography may be used in any magazine publication except with prior consent from Speckled Rock Photography. In this case Speckled Rock Photography must be correctly credited.


Fees & Charges

  1. Speckled Rock Photography reserves the right to charge extra fees for the following:
    1. Changes or modifications to the brief.
    2. Extra photographic coverage ordered on the day of the shoot.
  2. Speckled Rock Photography invoices are to be paid in full on the wedding day.
  3. Speckled Rock Photography reserves the right to copyright of all material created by Speckled Rock Photography until full payment has been made.
  4. Payments can be made by cash EFT, Cheque or money order.
  5. Speckled Rock Photography reserves the right to change its fees and charges at any time without notification except when bound by a prior agreement.


Cancellation

  1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and shall be effective only when received by Speckled Rock Photography.
  2. No deposits are refunded.


Disputes and Limitation Of Damages

In the event of a dispute, Speckled Rock Photography and the Client shall endeavor to seek an amicable and faithful agreement. If the parties fail to reach such agreement, the dispute shall be referred to an appropriate Victorian court and shall be governed solely by Victorian & Australian Federal law.


AcknowledgemenT

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK INDEPENDENT LEGAL ADVICE PRIOR TO AGREEING TO IT. IN CONSIDERATION OF SPECKLED ROCK PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEING TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES LISTED ABOVE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SPECKLED ROCK PHOTOGRAPHY, WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOU AND SPECKLED ROCK PHOTOGRAPHY RELATING TO THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
